Returns or Exchanges
If your order arrived damaged during transit, please contact us with photographic evidence within 7 days.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any personal information provided to be stamped is correct (this includes the spelling of names, specific dates) If the customer makes an error on the order it is not our responsibility to remake or refund, a new order will need to be placed.
If it is us that has made an error translating your information from the Order onto the stamped piece then you are either entitled to a refund or for the item to be remade, at no additional cost to the customer.
For other Returns, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return item within 14 days (28 day window as per UK Law)

& Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations, unless by agreement, within 24 hours from the point of order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items/Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If items are being returned due to a fault then postage will be reimbursed (by agreement)
